Half black, half white

Usually I only wear leggings at home, or when travelling.
I think they are very comfortable, but fall short
when it comes to being chique.
However I thought they’d be perfect to combine with this long blouse.
I added just a little colour to the all black (and white) outfit, by
wearing these forest green Steve Madden shoes.
What do you think of it?
